Delivery

E-tickets are the quickest and simplest way to receive your tickets. Choose this option when booking online or on the phone and you will receive your tickets to your email address immediately. Your tickets will be sent as a PDF and you can print them or our staff can scan your ticket from your phone.

There is no delivery charge for e-tickets.

Tickets can be posted, there is a £2.00 charge per order to cover costs.

Ticket Fees

All prices include a booking fee unless otherwise stated. No fees to Friends of the Floral or group bookings.

Exchanges

Exchanges are not normally available on one-night only shows. For longer running shows, where possible, we will exchange tickets for a different performance of the same show. However, there will be a £2.00 per transaction charge for this service.

Discounts & Concessions (where stated)

Over 60s, disabled, carers, full-time students and children under 16 years.

Discounts and special offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or offers. Discounts cannot be redeemed against tickets already purchased.

Under twos are admitted for free except where otherwise stated, on the understanding they will not be given a seat and will be classed as Babes in Arms.

Wheelchair Spaces

We have a number of wheelchair spaces on Row R available at every performance. These must be booked through the box office.

Essential Companion Tickets

We have a number of free essential companion seats available at each performance. These must be booked through the box office.

Group Bookings

We have group discounts available on many performances and are happy to make special arrangements for your visit and talk through your needs and requirements.

Gift Vouchers

Gift Vouchers are the perfect gift for anyone who loves coming to Floral Pavilion. They can be used in full or part payment on all events and hospitality that are booked through the box office. Unlike Theatre Tokens, our vouchers can be booked online and over the phone, as well as in person at the counter.

Theatre Tokens

Theatre tokens are available to purchase from the box office and can be used in full and part payment for any show or event booked via the box office.
