We have an expert in-house catering team and approved suppliers that will create a meal to remember for your special day. From delicious canapes during your drinks reception to superb wedding breakfast options as well as your drink selection to cover all the key moments.

The venue does not permit outside catering other than the celebratory cake within the hire. Please note that this also includes any miniature wedding favours or food related room décor.

Absolutely! We will work with you to bring your vision to life and can tailor a lot of elements to your budget and requirements. Our events team would love to talk through your ideas.

Of course! All our packages include chair covers and coloured sashes, linen tablecloths and napkins, cake knife and easels. You’re welcome to dress the room to your taste and we can recommend suppliers to bring your vision to life!

Yes, we have four disabled toilets, disabled access, and a lift to the plaza level of the venue.

Last orders are at midnight with the option to extend.

The maximum capacity of the Winter Garden Suite is 300. We can extend the room based on your numbers so whether you’re having an intimate ceremony or a big gathering we can create the perfect atmosphere.

You will have access to our wedding preparation room from 10:00am for the Centre Stage package and from 4:00pm for the Twilight package, either for your wedding party or just the honoured couple. It is a secure space with a private bathroom that you can use to freshen up, relax and store your valuables including your card post-box.

The Floral Pavilion doesn’t include accommodation but there are plenty of options nearby. Our Events Team can supply this during your wedding consultation.
