Here at the Floral Pavilion it is our intention to be accessible and welcoming to all. We are currently working with Disabled Go and Autism Together to create useful visitor guides.
Wheelchair Users
There is automatic door access to the Lower Foyer directly from the promenade. There are a number of wheelchair spaces in the auditorium. Please inform the Box Office of your requirements at the time of booking.
Lift
There is a wheelchair accessible lift from the lower ground floor to the Panoramic Lounge, Conference Centre and Auditorium.
Accessible Parking
There are a limited number of accessible parking spaces near to the main theatre entrance on the promenade.
Toilets
Wheelchair accessible toilets are situated in the Entrance Foyer and on the first floor Plaza Lounge
Hearing Loop
We have an induction hearing loop system installed in the main theatre (hearing aid 'T' position). We also have a hearing loop in our Blue Lounge/Conference Centre.
Assistance Dogs
Are welcome in all areas.
Bicycles
There are bicycle racks outside the main entrance to the Theatre. However please be aware that you will be responsible for the security and safety of your bicycle.
Bus and Train
Merseytravel bus and train timetables will be available from the Theatre Box Office.
Parking
Fort Perch Rock Car Park (closed 25-30 May 2017 for Seaside Festival) opposite the Theatre has unrestricted parking as has Marine Promenade and Kings Parade. There are a number of designated disabled parking spaces near to the entrance foyer.
